Jacob Coley, who lives with cerebral palsy, was hired to advertise for Bicycle World’s Outdoor Shoppe in Goldsboro.
He
attends Southern Wayne High School softball games to give out T-shirts
and gift cards. Jacob has the best of both worlds since he gets to earn
money while doing what he loves - watching sports.
He
cheers loudly for all of the players as he calls each one of them by
name. In turn, all of the fans say hello to him while making their way
to the bleachers.
Jacob, 21, attends Southern Wayne High and will get his diploma this year when he graduates. However, he will still be able to attend the games as part of his job and continue to support his home team.
